Privacy Policy

YBR Fitness collects the email address you submit on the 7-Day Momentum Reset form so we can send the guide and one follow-up email. We also store the time you consented, the consent wording you agreed to, and a signup source of /reset.

If you arrive from a campaign link, we may record a visit source and campaign name separately from your email. That visit record is not joined to your subscriber profile in this application.

Email delivery is handled by Resend. We store a Resend contact id, the welcome message id, and the scheduled follow-up message id so we can honor unsubscribe requests, including canceling a follow-up that has not been sent.

We do not sell your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. After you unsubscribe, we keep the record so we do not email you again by mistake.

If you submit the Train With YBR form, YBR Fitness collects the details you enter: name, email, phone if you provide one, age, height, weight, training experience, current activity, goals, target date if you provide one, online or local preference, session length, sessions per week, equipment, preferred days and times, time zone, city when you request local training, and movement limitations if you choose to share them. Those details are used to review your consultation request and reply to you. Submitting the form does not add you to the 7-Day Momentum Reset email list.
